Payment terms

• Payment terms for each project may vary depending on the size and nature of the work required. Each quote given will specify the payments terms for that work.

Quotations & estimates

• There is no charge for site visits made to give quotations or estimates.
• Quotations will be valid for 6 months from the date of the quote.
• Prices given in quotations are for works specified by you, the customer, at the time of our site visit and detailed within the quote given. If you subsequently alter your specifications, prices may vary.
• If the work you request is subject to planning permission, then Brolaw will be unable to provide a detailed quotation until your plans have been drawn up and planning permission is granted. We will however, give you an estimate for the approximate cost of works and undertake a second site visit, for quotation purposes, at the appropriate time.

Guarantees

• All plumbing & heating work completed carries a full 12 months guarantee.
